A simple, yet elegant entry, colorful gardens, and year round interest, all compliment this restored home in central Denver. Lifescape’s goal was to renovate the landscape while respecting the historic significance of the home. The existing straight front walk was removed and redone according to its original design, softly curving from the street to the front door. The tea house in the backyard was restored, and that addition of a new stone floor, fireplace, lighting, and roof all created more usable living space. Hand-made ceramic tiles in the covered patio were reclaimed from an estate in Florida, adding to the character of the space.
